Shillong, Feb. 12 -- Meghalaya Governor C.H. Vijayashankar on Thursday felicitated ten outstanding persons with disabilities for their indomitable spirit.
The felicitation programme was organised by the office of the Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Social Welfare Department in collaboration with Lok Bhavan, Shillong at the Lok Darbar hall in the presence of their family members.
Those felicitated were Ferdinand Lyngdoh Marshillong, Anjelina Tynhiang, Simseng M. Sangma, Willingson Manar, Orphon Nongrum, Shanborlang Siangshai, Madhu Subedhi, Keneddy Rynjah, Ms. Jepora T. Sangma and Pillbert Hanse.
