Dharamshala, Feb. 24 -- In a bid to ensure speedy disposal of long-pending cases, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Kangra, has launched the "Mediation for Nation 2.0" campaign across all Taluka Courts and the District Court till March 31.
Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Shikha Lakhanpal, said on Tuesday that the campaign is being conducted under the guidance of the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the National Legal Services Authority.
She informed that disputes related to matrimonial matters, motor vehicle challans, domestic violence, cheque bounce cases, commercial disputes, service matters, partition, eviction, land acquisition and other suitable civil cases will be taken up for settlement thro...
