New Delhi, April 19 -- A Delhi court on Saturday extended the judicial custody of former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Naresh Balyan and others, arrested in the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) case, till April 23.

Duty Judge, Jitendra Singh after producing them through video conferencing from jails extended the judicial custody of Naresh Balyan, Ritik alias Peter, Rohit alias Anna, Sachin Chikara, Sahil alias Poli, Vijay alias Kalu and Jyoti Prakash alias Baba.

Government Counsel, through video conferencing and the Investigation Officer ACP Naresh appeared physically before the court and sought four days extension of judicial custody of Sahil alias Poli and Vijay alias Kalu.
