Bhopal, May 16 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Friday said that the Congress party won't miss any opportunity to "insult the courts", amid the party's continuous demand for the resignation of Tribal Affairs Minister Vijay Shah over his controversial remarks about Indian Army officer Sofiya Qureshi.



Yadav said that the entire matter is sub judice, and the Congress party knows it. He questioned why the Congress party doesn't demand the resignation of its own Leader of Opposition, who has a case against him.



He cited examples of past instances where the Congress party had shown disregard for court decisions, such as during the Emergency imposed by former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
