Imphal, Jan. 22 -- The Inter-State Bus Terminus (ISBT), Imphal, was recommissioned and dedicated to the people of Manipur on Thursday by Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla, who also launched four newly created District Transport Offices (DTOs) at Pherzawl, Noney, Jiribam and Kakching.
The newly built ISBT and the four DTOs mark a significant milestone in strengthening transport infrastructure and service delivery in the state.
Addressing the gathering, the Governor emphasised that the event marked the restoration of an important public institution that was conceived in the larger interest of the people of Manipur.
