Imphal, Feb. 17 -- : Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Tuesday said that India has witnessed a tremendous transformation from a job-seeking nation to a job-creating nation over the past decades.
He was speaking during the launch of DIGI-SAPNE 2.0 at Classic Grande, Imphal.
Addressing the gathering, the CM said the nation has witnessed a remarkable transformation from a job-seeking nation to a job-creating nation over the past decades, and that DIGI-SAPNE 2.0 carries this national vision to the grassroots level in Manipur.
