Kuala Lumpur, Oct. 22 -- Malaysia is strengthening both its communications infrastructure, and security preparations ahead of the 47th ASEAN Summit, which will be held in Kuala Lumpur from Oct 26-28, as per Malaysian and Singaporean media reports.

Geared towards the creation of a secure platform for the total protection of all delegates, a key priority is reportedly to ensure operational coordination across services, during the high-level meetings.
