Bhubaneswar, July 4 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today announced an ex-gratia of Rs10 lakh from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for each of the families of Odia workers killed in the fire incident at Sigachi Pharma Company in Sangareddy district of Telangana on July 1.
According to the Chief Minister's Office (CMO), eight workers were killed in the tragic fire. The deceased have been identified as Rajnala Jagan Mohan, Lagnajit Duari, Manoj Rout, Daogobinda Sahu, Chaitu Batra, Ramesh Giud, and Sidharth Gouda.
The Odisha government has deputed two officers to Telangana to assist and support the affected families.
