New Delhi, Feb. 19 -- Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra, has moved the Delhi High Court challenging a lower court order that refused to grant her interim custody of her pet Rottweiler, Henry.
Earlier in November last year, the Saket District Court dismissed Moitra's request seeking custody of the dog for 10 days each month.
On Thursday, a single-judge bench of the High Court issued notice to advocate Jai Anant Dehadrai, who currently has the custody of Henry, and asked him to respond to Moitra's plea.
Dehadrai, who appeared in person, and Moitra have been involved in multiple legal disputes over the past few years. Previously, Dehadrai alleged that Moitra accepted bribes from businessman in exchange for raising questions in Parliament. ...
