Hyderabad, Sept. 6 -- In a major breakthrough, the Maharashtra crime branch police team busted a huge drug manufacturing unit at Cherlapally in Medchal district of Telangana, today and reportedly seized crores worth MD (mephedrone) drugs from the facility.
The drug racket was exposed with the arrest of a Bangladeshi woman and the cops have arrested 13 people in connection with the case so far.
However, the local police have not confirmed the incident.
Based on a tip off, the Maharahstra police team conducted a special operation at a chemical factory in Cherlapally and found a large amount of drugs were being manufactured, according to sources here..
