Nagpur, Feb. 7 -- Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today claimed that Maharashtra is emerging as one of the fastest-growing states in the country, with the Vidarbha region witnessing particularly rapid development.
Speaking at the inauguration of the International Business Conclave on the second day of the Advantage Vidarbha Festival, organised by the Association for Industrial Development, he said that memorandums of understanding signed in Maharashtra are being translated into actual projects on the ground.
Fadnavis also claimed that Maharashtra remains the country's economic powerhouse, leading in sectors such as logistics, artificial intelligence and solar energy.
