Mumbai, Jan. 21 -- Maharashtra BJP media cell chief Navnath Ban announced on Wednesday that agreements worth Rs. 15 lakh crore in investments have been signed for Maharashtra in Davos. Around 13 lakh people are expected to get employment through these investments, he said at a press conference.
Taking a dig at Shiv Sena ( UBT) Leader Sanjay Raut, who has been criticizing Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's Davos visit, Ban asked whether Sanjay Raut has given employment to even thirteen people in his lifetime.
Ban said that Sanjay Raut should answer whether Uddhav Thackeray, during his two-and-a-half-year tenure as Chief Minister, provided jobs to at least 1,300 people.
