Kolhapur / Sindhudurg, Feb. 13 -- Maharashtra and Guardian Minister of Sindhudurg district Nitesh Rane on Thursday stirred a controversy by stating that no funds will be released to those villages where the Sarpanch (village head) is of opposition Shiv Sena (UBT) or other Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance parties at the end of this fiscal year unless they join BJP.
