Mumbai, April 17 -- The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) today unveiled the master plan for the ambitious Motilal Nagar Redevelopment Project in Goregaon (West), positioning it as the largest urban redevelopment initiative in the country.
The plan was presented by MHADA Vice President and Chief Executive Officer Sanjeev Jaiswal during a public event held at Ganesh Maidan.
Spread across nearly 143 acres in Mumbai's suburban belt, the project will be executed under the Construction and Development Agency (C&DA) model, with the Adani Group selected through a competitive bidding process.
