Kolhapur, Jan. 21 -- The district and sessions judge Anil Kumar Ambalkar court in Ratnagiri today convicted and sentenced a youth to 20 years rigorous imprisonment for repeatedly raping and impregnanting a minor girl in Lanja of Ratnagiri district in 2022.
According to Public prosecutor Ms Meghna Nalawade, accused Sahil Dattaram Masane (21), repeatedly raped the girl whenever he was called to cook food at home in Lanja and made her six months pregnant. He had also threatened to kill her if she told anyone about this.
