Mumbai, Jan. 25 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Saturday paid their heartfelt tributes to former Judge and senior writer Narendra Chapalgaonkar who died due to cancer at a hospital in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
In a condolence message, the CM said ''Chapalgaonkar enriched the contemplative and ideological tradition of Maharashtra with his achievements''.
Fadnavis said, with the passing away of the former Bombay High Court Judge, we have lost a thoughtful literary man and the son of Maharashtra.
