Kolhapur, Feb. 18 -- Renowned history researcher, Indrajeet Savant, today issued a legal notice to Juna Rajwada police of the city questioning the delay in investigation into 'Shivdrohi' (Shivaji baiter) Prashant Koratkar case.
Prashant Koratkar is accused of abusing and threatening Indrajit Sawant, besides making extremely obscene and defamatory statements against Marathat warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and his mother Rajmata Jijau.
After making defamatory statement against Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and a threat call to the historian, a case was registered against Prashant Koratkar at the Juna Rajwada police station on March 1, 2025, based on a complaint filed by Indrajit Sawant.
