Mumbai, Feb. 18 -- Podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, facing multiple FIRs (first information report) for his alleged offensive remarks on the YouTube show 'India's Got Latent', will deposit his passport to Thane police station in neighbouring city, following the direction of the Supreme Court which granted him interim protection from arrest on Tuesday, a member of his legal team said here.

Apex court bench of Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh while granting bail directed Allahbadia to deposit his passport at the Thane police station, saying he shall not leave India without the court's prior nod.
