Mumbai, June 2 -- The Mumbai police registered an offence of molestation against the head of the forensic medicine department in the Bombay Municipal Corporation (BMC)-run KEM Hospital for allegedly molesting his colleague's wife, who is also a doctor, and their two minor daughters, police said here on Monday.

The local Bhoiwada police station registered an offence on Sunday under sections 74 (criminal force against a woman with the intent to outrage her modesty), 352 (intentional insult with the intent to provoke a breach of peace), and 351(2)(criminal intimidation) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act.
