Chennai, Jan. 9 -- Clearing the decks for the release of film icon and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) president's swansong fim 'Jana Nayagan', the Madras High Court on Friday directed the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to issue U/A certificate for the film immediately.
With this victory in the court battle, the film is expected to be released ahead of the Pongal festival. Earlier, without waiting for the verdict, the production house had postponed it. The movie is the last one for Vijay, who is at the peak of his film career but has taken the political plunge.
