Lucknow, April 16 -- A major fire that broke out in a slum area of Khurramnagar in Lucknow has triggered serious concerns over emergency response and relief efforts. According to local residents, the fire brigade took nearly three hours to reach the spot, despite the area being located near a highway.

Residents also alleged that no officials or administrative representatives had visited the site to assess the damage or provide relief.
