New Delhi, March 16 -- A shortage of LPG gas cylinders in the Sadar Bazar area has created a serious food crisis for daily wage workers.
Parmeet Singh Pamma, president of the Sadar Bazar Bari Market Traders Association, told UNI that LPG cylinder shortage has caused food crisis in Sadar Bazar.
He said due to the shortage of gas cylinders, many dhabas and small eateries in the area were on the verge of shutting down.
"At the same time, where food is still available, prices have increased significantly, making it difficult for workers to afford even two meals a day," Pamma said.
