Los Angeles, Feb. 2 -- Emerging musician Lola Young pulled off one of the biggest upsets at the 68th Grammy Awards, winning Best Pop Solo Performance over established stars including Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan.
Young, who was nominated alongside Bieber's Daisies, Carpenter's Manchild, Gaga's Disease and Roan's The Subway, received her first Grammy at the ceremony held in Los Angeles, according to Variety.
Overcome with emotion, Young thanked her supporters onstage. "Thank you so much. I am very grateful for this. I love you everybody," she said.
