Mumbai, Dec. 11 -- Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd and Tata Steel Ltd have entered into a non-binding MoU to explore a strategic partnership in the areas of raw material mining, logistics, pellet and steel making.
The memorandum of understanding was signed in the presence of Lloyds Metal MD B Prabhakaran and Tata Steel Ltd's CEO & MD T V Narendran.
The proposed partnership aims at utilising the natural synergy in the business operations between Lloyds Metals and Tata Steel.
