Lucknow, April 26 -- As per the directives of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation and security agencies, Noida International Airport (Jewar) has been declared a Red Zone (No-Drone Fly Zone) from October 8, 2024, a police spokesman said here on Saturday.
The spokesman said that flying drones or any type of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) over and around Noida International Airport is completely prohibited. "This ban has been implemented keeping in mind the security of the airport and monitoring of the airspace," he said.
