Lucknow, Aug. 12 -- Uttar Pradesh Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna today dismissed the opposition's charge of government involvement in the Fatehpur incident and asserted that law and order is the top priority of the state government and those taking the law into their hands will face strict action.
