Thane, March 9 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced on Monday that to further promote the economic empowerment of women, it has been decided to link the 'Ladki Bahin Yojana' with other government schemes.
Through this initiative, women will be provided access to loans to start various businesses and industries, he said speaking at the inauguration of the two-day rural women's leadership conference titled 'Viksit Bharat Nari Shakti Sangam', organized to encourage leadership among women in rural areas.
