Patna, Feb. 23 -- Raising serious concerns over the deteriorating administrative and operational condition of the Kushal Yuva Program (KYP), operators from centers across Bihar expressed collective resentment against persistent systemic failures.
Under the leadership of the KYP Welfare Society, a delegation on Monday submitted a 20- point memorandum to the Secretary of the Youth Employment and Skill Development Department, urging immediate corrective intervention.
