Nashik, Feb. 8 -- In view of the upcoming Kumbh Mela, the Nashik airport is being expanded, with the groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for Sunday.
The event will be officiated by the Chief Minister of the state, Devendra Fadnavis, in the presence of Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Pawar.
Several key officials will attend the ceremony, including Food and Civil Supplies Minister Chhagan Bhujbal, Kumbh Mela Minister Girish Mahajan, Education Minister Dada Bhuse, Public Works Minister Shivendrasinh Bhosale, and Food and Drug Administration Minister Narhari Zirwal.
PWD officials such as Chief Engineer Prashant Auti, Superintendent Engineer Arundhati Sharma, and Executive Engineer Navnath Sonawane will also be present.
