Shimla, Feb. 5 -- The bone chilling coldwave increased in the high reaches of Himachal Pradesh as minimum temperature of Kukumseri in Lahaul Spiti plummet to minus 15 degrees on Thursday.
Despite clear weather in the state Mercury of many stations remained between minus five to minus 15 degrees.
According to Met office Fog has also increased the coldwave in the plains during the nights and mornings.
The minimum temperature in Kukumsari in Lahaul-Spiti has dropped to minus 15 degrees Celsius, Tabo to minus 11.4 degrees Celsius, Manali to minus 0.7 degrees Celsius, and Kalpa to minus two degrees Celsius.
