Kolhapur, Dec. 24 -- A court at Kudal in Sindhudurg district today issued a fresh non-bailable arrest warrant against Maharashtra minister Nitesh Rane and two legislators Prasad Lad and Pravin Darekar while rejecting their lawyers request for exemption from appearing in the court.
On 26 June 2021, a case was filed at Kudal police station against Rajan Teli, MLA Nilesh Rane, Nitesh Rane and 42 other persons, along with Lad and Darekar, for participating in OBC agitation during corona pandemic.
