Hyderabad, Sept. 20 -- BRS Working President K T Rama Rao on Friday launched a scathing attack on the Karnataka Congress government for its decision to raise the height of Almatti Dam, terming it a "death warrant" for Telangana farmers.
In a statement here, he also came down heavily on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, accusing him of "luxuriating in Delhi" while a "dangerous conspiracy" was being hatched against the state's farming community.
KTR pointed out that the Karnataka cabinet had recently approved raising Almatti's height from 519 feet to 524 feet.
