Hyderabad, Oct. 5 -- BRS Working President K T Rama Rao on Sunday launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy's government for increasing the minimum fare of city buses in Hyderabad by Rs 10.

He termed the move a "conspiracy to loot the pockets of poor and middle-class passengers."In a statement here, KTR said the fare hike comes as a "thunderbolt" at a time when people are already struggling with rising prices of essential commodities. He questioned how daily wage earners and commuters could cope with an additional burden of at least Rs 500 every month.
