Bengaluru, April 24 -- Sai Sudharsan's sublime century went in vain as Royal Challengers Bengaluru chased down 206 to defeat Gujarat Titans by five wickets in Match 34 of the Indian Premier League 2026 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Friday.
Earlier, Sudharsan dazzled with a brilliant 100 off 58 balls, laced with 11 fours and five sixes, anchoring GT to 205 for three. He shared a 128-run opening stand with skipper Shubman Gill (32), while Jos Buttler (25) chipped in before falling to Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Washington Sundar (19 not out) and Jason Holder (23 not out) provided the late flourish. Sudharsan was eventually dismissed by Josh Hazlewood, while Gill fell to Suyash Sharma.
