Bengaluru, March 24 -- Allegations of mismanagement and political apathy have put Kalyana Karnataka Development Board (KKRDB) chairman Ajay Singh and ministers, including Priyank Kharge, under the spotlight over stalled development in Raichur.

Raghavendra Kushtagi, founder of the Karnataka Janandolana Center, on Tuesday demanded Singh's immediate resignation and urged that secretary Nalin Atul be suspended and investigated for failing to implement approved development plans.
