Hyderabad, March 3 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy has written to Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, urging the State government to release a comprehensive White Paper on the financial condition of Telangana ahead of the Budget Session beginning on March 16.
In his letter, Kishan Reddy alleged that despite making 420 promises, including six major guarantees, in the 2023 Assembly elections, the Congress government was evading their implementation by citing an empty State treasury.
He criticised the Chief Minister's remarks on the financial condition of the State and questioned claims of readiness to allocate Rs 1,000 crore to the Congress leadership.
