Hyderabad, Feb. 27 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Friday toured several slum localities in the Secunderabad constituency, interacting directly with residents and directing officials to address their long-pending civic problems.
Accompanied by officials, the minister visited slums in Bouddhanagar, Sitaphalmandi and Mettuguda divisions, where he walked through the streets along with residents and reviewed issues related to basic amenities.
Focusing on the welfare of the poor, he listened to the grievances of slum dwellers and instructed the concerned officers to resolve the problems brought to his notice without delay.
