Hyderabad, Dec. 9 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy today said Hyderabad has become a crucial economic anchor for India and stressed that the country's dream of becoming a developed nation by 2047 depends on strong coordination between the Centre and states.
Speaking at the Telangana Rising Global Summit, he described Hyderabad as a place where "technology meets tradition and innovation meets heritage," noting its emergence as an IT hub, pharmaceutical capital and aerospace centre.
Reddy said India has undergone a major transformation since Prime Minister Narendra Modi took office in 2014-marked by poverty reduction, digital empowerment, rapid infrastructure development, farmer welfare and a thriving startup ecosystem.
