Dhaka, Dec. 5 -- BNP Chairperson and former Bangladeshi PM Khaleda Zia remains in critical condition, with her planned transfer to London for receiving advanced medical treatment postponed, with her transfer now hinging on the medical authorities issuing her a flight clearance.

The BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that the ambulance will arrive on Saturday, though even then it is not guaranteed that she will be issued an "all clear" by doctors, given her increasingly worsening state.
