Chandigarh, Jan. 24 -- Senior Punjab Congress leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira has criticised the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in the state over the implementation of Rs10 lakh health insurance scheme, triggering a fresh political controversy.
Khaira strongly objected to the government's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), alleging that it reflects a "mischievous mindset" aimed at deriving political mileage from a public welfare programme.
