RaviNew Delhi, Jan. 23 -- :The Congress leadership on Friday held a high-level meeting with Kerala Congress leaders at the residence of party president Mallikarjun Kharge to review preparations for the upcoming Assembly elections, with seat-sharing arrangements among allies also coming up for discussion.

The meeting was chaired by Kharge and attended by senior party leaders, including Rahul Gandhi and General Secretary K C Venugopal, along with the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee president, state in-charge and other senior leaders from the state.

As part of its ongoing consultations with leaders from poll-bound states, the Congress leadership has been holding a series of meetings in Delhi to assess organisational readiness.
