Thrissur, Jan. 27 -- The first Edition of International Literary Festival of Kerala, organised by the Kerala Sahitya Academy, will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan here on Sunday.
"This edition of Literary Festival is first of its kind, organised by the Academy, in terms of sessions and participants and writers.''
We have 107 sessions and around 500 speakers, including from Palestine, Israel, Poland, England and Latin America", Academy President K Sachidanandan said.
The Festival would be held in four venues im Academy premises and one in nearby Town Hall.
More than 100 publishers have set up their stalls in the Town Hall premises.
