Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 5 -- Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the 'Vision 2031' International Conference on February 15, marking the beginning of a three-day deliberation in Thiruvananthapuram aimed at shaping Kerala's future development vision as the State approaches 75 years of its formation in 2031.

The inaugural session, to be chaired by Revenue Minister K. Rajan, will feature addresses by Nobel laureate Amartya Sen, noted historian Romila Thapar, and World Food Prize laureate Shakuntala Thilsted, among other eminent personalities.
