Kollam (Kerala), Oct. 28 -- Senior Kerala BJP leader and former Mizoram Governor Kummanam Rajasekharan has called for collective efforts to ensure that India's new education initiatives, including the PM SHRI scheme, reach every village and empower students in rural areas.
Addressing a meeting at Thodiyoor, Rajasekharan said the Prime Minister's new education policy, introduced under the PM SHRI programme, was designed to prepare Indian students to face the challenges of a rapidly evolving global environment.
