Kasaragod, March 9 -- Bodies of two people, including a teenage girl and a man from her neighbourhood, who had been missing for the last three weeks from Paivalike in Manjeswaram taluk of the district, were found in a hanging position in Merkala forest area on Sunday.
According to police, the deceased -- identified as Pradeepan (42), an autorickshaw driver by profession, and the 15-year-old girl, a class 10 student at Paivalike, who was the daughter of his close friend, went missing 19 days before the SSLC (Kerala tenth standard Public exam) examination.
Both the girl and the man went missing on the same day on February 12 and their mobile phones were switched off since then till this date.
