Kannur (Kerala), March 8 -- Kannur Town police on Saturday arrested two drug peddlers, including a woman from a lodge at Thavakkara and seized four grams of MDMA and nine grams of ganja from their possession.
According to police, the arrested drug peddlers are Nihal Mohammed of Thavakkara and Anamika Sudheep of Pappinisseri.
Town Sub-Inspector Sreejith Koderi led team conducted a raid following the direction of City police Commissioner P Nidhinraj.
Both of them were engaged in the sale of banned narcotic drugs and they were also involved in several drug related cases.
Nihal Mohammed, was involved in many drug related cases and KAAPA act was slapped against him.
