Dharamshala, Oct. 15 -- Natural farming is fast emerging as a sustainable and health-oriented alternative to chemical-based agriculture, and Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh has taken the lead in promoting this eco-friendly practice.
The excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has adversely affected soil fertility, environment, and human health. To counter this, the Himachal Pradesh Government has launched various initiatives to promote natural farming, with Kangra playing a crucial role in its successful implementation.
