Ranchi, Feb. 14 -- Shilpi Neha Tirkey, Jharkhand's Minister for Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperation, on Saturday attended the 22nd Lamp Lighting and Capping Ceremony of Florence Group of Institutions at Irba here as the Chief Guest.
On the occasion, meritorious students were felicitated for securing outstanding marks.
Addressing students and their parents, the Minister said the institution has continued to progress by adhering to the principles laid down by its founder, Haji Ahsan Ansari.
She noted that even in adverse circumstances, the institution has never compromised on the quality of education and discipline, which has earned it recognition beyond Jharkhand, attracting students from other states as well.
