Ranchi, April 28 -- State-level coordination committees will be formed from state to block level to implement PESA rules effectively in Jharkhand, minister Dipika Pandey Singh said on Tuesday.
Addressing a state-level round table conference organised by the panchayati raj department in Ranchi, Singh said the rules would be implemented on the ground and not remain limited to documents.
"The aim is to ensure effective implementation of PESA rules across villages and panchayats with coordination among all departments," she said.
