Ranchi, Jan. 23 -- The birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was observed with solemnity and respect at the Pradesh Congress Headquarters, Congress Bhawan, under the aegis of the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee. The programme was held under the chairmanship of the state Congress president Keshav Mahato Kamlesh. On the occasion, floral tributes were offered to the statue and portrait of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
